Mr. Bidhan Ch. Jena currently serves as Chief General Manager (LPG Strategies), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Marketing Head Office. An Electrical Engineer by qualification, he brings with him over 30 years of extensive experience in the oil & gas industry, with proven leadership across multiple business verticals of IOCL.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jena has held diverse and critical roles in Supplies, General Operations, LPG Operations, and LPG Strategies, contributing significantly to IOCL’s growth and operational excellence. He has successfully led operations at both an Oil Terminal and an LPG Bottling Plant, driving efficiency and safety in critical supply chain nodes.
In his current role at IOCL’s Marketing Head Office, Mr. Jena is entrusted with spearheading the Commercial LPG Business across India along with the Auto LPG portfolio. He plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategies, customer engagement models, and market expansion plans.
A forward-looking leader, Mr. Jena is driving the digital transformation and automation of LPG bottling plants, leading IOCL’s transition from traditional facilities to fully automated and sustainable LPG bottling ecosystems. He is also at the forefront of digital initiatives within the LPG vertical, aimed at making IOCL’s LPG business future-ready, efficient, and cost-optimized.
